AI-Specific Prohibited Content
The following uses of our AI image generation services are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- •Unauthorized Likeness Cloning: Generating AI imagery that replicates a real person's likeness or face without their explicit consent, including portraits, deepfakes, or any identity impersonation
- •Image Deepfakes: Realistic fake images depicting real individuals in situations that never occurred, particularly for deception, harassment, or defamation
- •Copyright Infringement: Deliberately reproducing, replicating, or closely imitating copyrighted images, artwork, or photographs without authorization from rights holders
- •Child Exploitation: Any image content that exploits or endangers minors in any form (zero tolerance - immediately reported to authorities)
- •Identity Theft: Creating image content to impersonate real artists, creators, or individuals for fraud, scams, or unauthorized commercial use
- •Disinformation: Generating realistic fake images intended to spread false information, manipulate public opinion, or deceive
Image Rights & Intellectual Property
When using our AI image generation services, you must:
- •Ensure any reference images or photos you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
- •Have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any copyrighted material used as input
- •Ensure the intended use of AI-generated images complies with copyright and intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction
- •Not create content intended to infringe upon the rights of any artist, photographer, or rights holder
